All of our Lake City Homes’ modular structures are created in a climate controlled and weather-proof environment by our dedicated and knowledgeable staff. Our climate controlled environment in which all of our products are created also shelters our raw materials – eliminating weather-related construction delays and/or damage of the materials used.

Full insulated basements are also included in the price of your home. Garages, porches, decks, etc. are offered and also constructed on site, we are constantly upgrading as technological advances in materials occur so you can be sure you’re always receiving top-notch quality. Our customers are also able to deal directly with the Builder rather than a middle man. Additionally, our knowledgeable and friendly staff is available to you seven days a week to answer any questions or concerns that you may have during (or even after) the building process.
