All of our Lake City Homes’ modular structures are created in a climate controlled and weather-proof environment by our dedicated and knowledgeable staff. Our climate controlled environment in which all of our products are created also shelters our raw materials – eliminating weather-related construction delays and/or damage of the materials used.
